Reservations Policy
Upon confirmation a deposit in the amount of one night stay is kindly requested as a guarantee of your reservation. Credit cards accepted: VISA, AMEX, MasterCard. In the event of cancellation up to five days prior to your arrival, the deposit amount will be credited back to your account. For cancellations 5 to 1 days before the date of arrival, one night will be charged. For later cancellations or in case of no-show, two nights will be charged.

At Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you have authorized us to do so.
Information of Data Security
Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites for the on-line bookings cooperates with TravelClick and assures the use of a Secure Encrypted SSL channel to collect your credit card data. Credit card numbers collected are stored in a secure encrypted format on the Server using the GPG cryptography method.
